Chicken Salsa Casserole

Ingredients:
1 package Stuffing mix (Stovetop brand chicken flavor works great)
3-6 Diced Boneless skinless chicken breasts (amount depending on how many you want to feed)
1-16oz jar salsa
1 cup hot water
2 T butter
1/2 t cumin
Grated Monterey Jack cheese
oregano and chili powder to taste.

Preparation:
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients except for the cheese in a largish casserole dish. Cover and bake 45-60 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle liberally with cheese. Place back in the oven until cheese is melted.

Show is about 30 minutes. Back to watching Firefly for me. Enjoy.
